Refunds

Since the AllinsideMarket is not part of the transaction between the Seller and the Buyer:

  • Refunds are handled directly between the Seller and the Buyer. All requests must first be submitted and discussed through the HelpDesk system.
  • The Seller may choose to issue a voluntary refund if the Buyer is dissatisfied with a purchased product.
  • If the Buyer and Seller are unable to reach an agreement regarding a refund, the parties may pursue applicable legal procedures in accordance with the law.
  • AllinsideMarket acts solely as a platform facilitating the transaction and is not responsible for resolving disputes or issuing refunds.
